Ehkä huoneistoon tuli liian monta pahaa riivaajaa, ikkunoista veti tai jääkaappi vuoti freoneja ilmaan huomaamatta. Joka tapauksessa, kesken kolmannen levynsä äänitysten Joose Keskitalon oli muutettava Pihlajanmäen studiolta Savonlinnaan erääseen luolaan asumaan. Sieltä lauluntekijä Keskitalo vietiin Savonlinnan Keskussairaalan 7A.osastolle lepäämään.
Kolmas Maailmanpalo äänitettiin vuoden 2007 aikana, Joosen sahatessa Pihlajanmäen, Savonlinnan ja Lappeenrannan väliä. Levy on äänitetty lähes kokonaan livenä, yhdellä mikrofonilla kelanauhurille.
