- I forgot to include my name and order number on the credit card/paypal payment?
Thats ok, dont worry, I will find your details. The number just makes it a bit easier.

- I accidentally chose the wrong country/shipping method, what should I do?
Just make a new order and choose a correct one. We only send out orders that have been paid, so if you have two orders pending payment we will notice which one has been paid.

- I accidentally put wrong records in the shopping cart, what should I do?

- How do I delete items from the shopping cart?
Enter amount as 0 and click update. Item will be deleted.

- I can not find the BIC code?
BIC code is the same as the SWIFT code. Our bank account number when paying internationally is: Bank: OKO Bank
Address: Helsinki, Finland
SWIFT/BIC: OKOYFIHH
IBAN # FI2457300820306120

- When I enter your domestic account number (573008-20306120), my netbank changes it into this following account number: 573008-2306120.
This is normal. Some bank systems add zeroes because they require a certain amount of numbers in their systems. Both account numbers will work.

- I only received half of my ordered records?
Sometimes we ship orders in two separate packages if it is cheaper that way. Your package will be marked 1/2 on the envelope if this is the case.

Hei!
I happen to live in Russia and thus I can only use priority type of shipping. If I make an order, is it possible to get the post tracking number, so that I could control where my package currently is?

Hi Aleks, yes. Just shoot me an email after you've paid your order and I will send it after the package is shipped. Please note this only applies to orders from Russia.

Moikka moi! Yesterday in the afternoon I made my order and at the moment the parcel is already out of Finland (according to the tracking code)! Superfast-fonal-meteor!
