Just make a new order and choose a correct one. We only send out orders that have been paid, so if you have two orders pending payment we will notice which one has been paid.

Enter amount as 0 and click update. Item will be deleted.

- When I enter your domestic account number (573008-20306120), my netbank changes it into this following account number: 573008-2306120.
This is normal. Some bank systems add zeroes because they require a certain amount of numbers in their systems. Both account numbers will work.
- I only received half of my ordered records?
Sometimes we ship orders in two separate packages if it is cheaper that way. Your package will be marked 1/2 on the envelope if this is the case.
